1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team with the following details:

Name used for placing the order
Reason for cancellation
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
3. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Exchange Policy if there are any issues with the product.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellation by The Hot Tees
The Hot Tees reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
