Return & Exchange Policy – The Hot Tees
At The Hot Tees, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we currently offer Exchange Only and do not provide returns or refunds.
1. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:
Incorrect size received
Defective or damaged product
Wrong item delivered
2. Exchange Request Time
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused and unwashed
The product must be in original packaging
Tags must be intact
Proof of purchase must be provided
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Used or washed products
Products without original tags
Products damaged after use

Product image
Reason for exchange
Once approved, instructions for the exchange process will be provided.
6. Refund Policy
The Hot Tees does not offer refunds or returns. Only exchanges are allowed as per policy.
